I feel a bit lazy about not planning a menu this week but I know that even if I do I am going to end up eating ramen noodles most nights instead of whatever I have planned. I really don't like to cook when it's just me at home. Something about planning a menu and grocery shopping for only myself makes me a bit sad.
Instead of making a menu today I went on a job interview instead!
The job I interviewed for is, in a word, amazing. I'm not going to give any details, just to be on the safe side, until I hear back from them but really, I would be ecstatic if I got this job. Please note that I will be sitting at home with all my fingers and toes crossed until a decision is made.
